| Version | Indicates changes in data element names/attributes and clarified definitions per the STAR Infrastructure Subcommittee since the last publication. |
| Effective Date | Is the anticipated date the final version is released and takes effect. |
| Add/Change | Column indicates whether the transaction/document is an "Add"-- a new addition to the publication document set -- or whether a "Change" has been applied to an existing document since last publication. "Pending" refers to a document that is being published, but pending approval. |
